Export Dunkel ’23
This Kaiser beer is filtered and red gold with a crown of fine-pored foam that settles quickly as a rim of white foam on the glass. The typical formative malt character of the style is evident in the aroma with lots of malt, some wheat, sweet notes of cookies and subtle pome fruits. Hops are limited, appearing only in the form of subtle herbal sour bitterness. Many sweetish and somewhat substantial malt sounds characterize the taste until the delicate finish.

Kristall
This Weizen beer from Kaiserbrauerei Geislingen is brilliantly clear, bright yellow in color and evokes a stable, creamy head of foam in the glass. On the nose there are first phenolic impressions and some banana, which quickly become citrus and floral notes are added. The initial sip is particularly striking, as the carbonic acid is quickly and energetically released on the tongue and very stimulating. The taste combines elegant wheat notes and yeasty tones with fruity aromas of fresh orange, and everything then sounds pleasantly dry without acidity or bitterness.
